Descano’s menu is a love letter to Mexican cuisine, inspired by the bold traditions of central-west Mexico and the electric food culture of Michoacán, then given a fresh, modern glow-up. Chef Sergio Lopez and the culinary team feature seasonal local produce, sustainable seafood, and meats raised the right way. Sauces and salsas are made fresh every single day, always organic and gluten-free. No lard allowed. No can openers in sight. If it’s on the plate, it started fresh.
