Chef Michele Galifi, raised in Palermo, Sicily, discovered his passion for cooking at just eight years old, working alongside his father in the family restaurant. It was there, tossing dough and learning the foundations of Sicilian cuisine, that his lifelong love for food began.
After earning a degree in engineering in Palermo, Chef Michele followed his true calling and moved to Los Angeles to share the authentic flavors of his homeland. Today, he continues to expand his culinary vision, blending deep-rooted Sicilian tradition with an innovative approach that brings the spirit of Sicily to every dish.
