Owner Sandy Cisneros founded Rico Rico Snack Carts in 2021 after creating a tostilocos cart for her daughter’s birthday party. What started as a family idea quickly turned into a successful business built on creativity, community, and a love for sharing delicious food.
Together with her family, Sandy has grown Rico Rico into a fully family-run operation, bringing vibrant street food flavors and joyful experiences to events across the region.
