La Bay Gin - Distillerie Californienne is an award-winning boutique distillery in Los Angeles, founded in 2022 by Lebanese master distiller Shadi Saroufim. It produces unique, aromatic gins blending Lebanese influences (za'atar, figs) with California botanicals, using innovative iStill technology for sustainable production.

The result is a master-quality gin, the first of its kind to have a primary structure of juniper berries at the forefront which then opens up to reveal its full complexity with notes of za’atar and figs.
