The name “Dorasti” comes from the Persian word Dorost, meaning “doing the right thing” — a philosophy that guides their dedication to ethical sourcing and environmental stewardship. Sean and Marcus immigrated to the United States in the early 1990s in pursuit of opportunity and a better future. Channeling their family’s passion for seafood into a shared vision, they built Dorasti Caviar as a celebration of heritage, hard work, and excellence.
