StopBye Café is a family owned business serving Asian Fusion cuisine. We infuse the flavors of "Spice Island" (Indonesia) into a number of our dishes! We prepare fresh, savory entrees using exotic spices from around the world. Our spices and condiments incorporate local produce and international and local ingredients, such as galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, white pepper and Szechuan peppercorn as well as other regional spices which reflect the travels and work experiences of owners Tom & Justin.

Originally from Indonesia, Chef Justin brings the bold flavors of the “Spice Islands” to every dish he creates. He honed his craft working with some of the culinary world’s most respected chefs, including Sang Yoon at Lukshon, Wolfgang Puck at Spago, José Andrés at Tres by José Andrés, and Michael Schlow at Cavatina.
Through StopBye Café, Chef Justin blends traditional Indonesian influences with modern Asian fusion techniques to create flavorful, globally inspired cuisine.
