Angelenos' Wood-Fired Pizza is the next-level pizza truck for everyone in Greater Los Angeles. Experienced as a French-trained chef, owner Carmen Samaniego took up pizza-making as a hobby, perfecting her dough through research, reading, seminars, and testing. Along with her husband, Daniel, and a team of skilled workers, Carmen serves up delicious, wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pizzas with a variety of toppings, including Mexican and French-inspired sauces.

Chef Carmen is the founder and head chef of Angelenos. She is a French-trained chef who won Hulu’s Best in Dough competition for her pizza dough.
