The Legacy of James Park : After training under a Japanese master sushi chef a decade ago, Chef James Park’s culinary journey led him to create Japanese fusion restaurants in Northern California and Guam, incorporating Korean, Hawaiian, and Californian influences. His diverse experience culminated in the birth of Rice Balls of Fire in Los Angeles in 2013, offering a unique fusion of Japanese, Korean, and Hawaiian cuisines that ignite the senses with each bite. Now this truck is owned and run by his right man Jorman Herrera, who honors James by maintaining the same recipes and love that has always been a part of Rice Balls of Fire
