Over Town Brewing Company is a family-owned microbrewery dedicated to producing one-of-a-kind handcrafted ales and lagers for the growing Southern California beer community. Ryan and Carlos, the founders, have a passion for great beer and a passion for art and design. They created OTB to combine both of their loves.
OTB crafts original beers that reflect our creative side, using a variety of equipment and techniques combined with fresh and unique ingredients. From the traditional building blocks—barley, hops, and yeast—to more interesting ingredients—spices, grains, and fruits—we are striving to produce only the most exciting and exceptional ales, IPAs, lagers, and stouts.
