Chef Atushi Kenjo, who moved to the U.S. in 2000 to work at Chaya Brasserie, rose through the ranks of the restaurant group to become executive chef at M Café renowned for its creative macrobiotic cuisine. He now brings his extensive experience and talents to create La Bohème’s unique and multifaceted menu.
