Chef Marc Dix

Marc Dix is the Food and Beverage Manager at Granville Cafe with California locations in Glendale, Studio City, West Hollywood and Burbank, and a Pasadena-opening close to realization. Since joining Granville in 2016, Marc has been an intricate part in all facets of food and beverage.
