Michael and Marco Pietroiacovo, known as the Truffle Brothers, grew up in Campobasso, Italy, where their grandfather first introduced them to the art of truffle hunting in the Apennine Mountains. What began as a family tradition evolved into a global business as the brothers expanded their truffle sourcing from Italy into markets across Europe and eventually the United States. Today, they work alongside their family and a network of foragers and trained truffle dogs in Italy to bring some of the world’s most sought-after truffles to chefs and culinary events.
