DISTILLED IN LA, Dead of Night Distillery is an independent craft distillery located on the southern edge of the burgeoning Los Angeles Arts District. We aim to create high-quality and interesting spirits made from exceptional raw materials. We are not just another outsourced brand; our hand is in every process. We proudly print our distillery number (DSP-CA-20185) on every bottle to let our customers know that we are proud of what we produce. Our distillery may be small, but our spirits are big and bold.

Dead of Night Distillery began far from Los Angeles, in the quiet of the desert beneath a wide sky of stars. Around a campfire, with whiskey bottles being passed and music playing softly, the conversation turned to what we would create if we had a distillery of our own. We talked about the spirits we loved, the ones we wished existed, and the kind of company we wanted to build.
As the fire burned down to embers and the night stretched on, an idea began to take shape. By the time the stars started to fade, that idea had become something real. It was born, as our name suggests, in the dead of night.
