Arts District Brewing Company is a 17,000-square-foot, high-energy brewpub in Downtown L.A.'s Arts District, opened in 2015. It features a 15-barrel, on-site brewhouse producing a rotating selection of 30+ craft beers, alongside cocktails and wine. The venue includes an outdoor patio, a speakeasy-style bar, and numerous games like 15 vintage Skeeball lanes.

Dave Ziolkowski

Head brewer Dave Ziolkowski says, “We make beer for L.A. We have a carousel of people that come in, and we have something for everyone.”

A native to LA County, Dave has a lifetime’s experience in machining and metal fabrication, which has fueled multiple technical hobbies. His interest in beer started in 2010 with an introduction to Trappist ales, and the homebrewing obsession started soon after. He has worked with Arts District Brewing since opening in December 2015.
