Bret Thompson, graduate of California Culinary Academy in San Francisco is the owner and chef behind this Coastal Mexican kitchen. Inspired by his travels, and wife’s cultural background, Pez Cantina is intentional about serving the freshest sea-to-land dishes in an oasis-type atmosphere. Customers can enjoy fresh Ceviches and Cocteles, Chilaquiles with Chicharron, an array of salsa selections and seasonal chef specials.
