Started by ‘Mama’ Socorro and Jaime Herrera in a converted 10 x 10 outdoor shoe shine station, Yuca’s aka the Hut, became known for its Yucatan-style cooking and community involvement.

Over the years not much has changed … there is a second location with a few more menu items out of Yuca’s Pasadena (it IS 5x bigger) however the same beloved recipes and dishes are still served.
