Co-founders, Marvin Acuna and Ravi Choudhry had dreamed of creating a pizza restaurant with a new concept designed to promote the plant-based movement and support local communities through the healing power of food.
Every pizza on the menu at The Pizza Plant is created with 100% plant-based and organic ingredients. This restaurant focuses on making a difference and helping the community through delicious pizza and with every pizza purchased, a pizza is donated to Union Station Homeless Services.
Chef Rachel Carr is the chef behind this crave-worthy menu and began her career running a raw food café, then moved to other ventures. A fan favorite of this popular pizza restaurant is, “The 36% – Everything but the Hog” pizza; a classic house-made pepperoni, plant craft cashew mozzarella, San Marzano marinara, and oregano.
