The name “Akagisan” was inspired by a song in a play about Japan’s version of Robin Hood. Like the play’s hero, Chujiro Kunisada, or Britain’s Robin Hood, Akagisan Junmai Ginjo is a thief, but a thief of the heart. Brewed with the crystal clear underflow from Mt. Akagi, this dry sake is silky smooth and ends with a pristine finish.
