Located in Eagle Rock, Milkfarm specializes in selling Artisan cheese, charcuterie, and other handmade food products from small and independent producers. Each item is taste-tested, hand-selected, and curated to make the perfect gift, cheese platter, picnic, or great everyday purchase.  Buy food and drink to go, or stay and dine at their communal table or cheese counter. For lunch, they offer a rotating selection of delicious artisan sandwiches made on fresh baked bread, cheese/charcuterie plates, pastries, and other small bites. You might want to try the classic grilled cheese, based on one that the owner enjoyed at London’s Borough Market: a blend of three artisan American cheeses, onions, leeks and shallots, butter, olive oil and fresh cracked pepper on fresh-baked, stone-ground whole wheat bread. Even more popular is the house-made chocolate chip cookie with Maldon salt, which sells out daily. The shop itself is light-filled and offers beer and wine either to drink there or take away.

After Attending California Culinary Academy and honing her craft at the finest resorts and hotels, Leah Park Fierro deiced to broaden her culinary skills and backpack around the world alone. Upon her return she yearned to find an independent shop similar to those she encountered in so many places around the world. Milkfarm is a collaboration of her heart, soul, work and life experiences, and she and her team of cheesemongers can’t wait to share their love for cheese and artisan food with the local community and all who visit their charming establishment.
