Chef M. Elena Vega began cooking with her grandmother in the family restaurant in Nayarit Mexico. Chef Vega is a graduate of Cordon Bleu and creates dishes close to her traditions.
Maestro,a modern Mexican restaurant now in its second year is owned by Sergio Martinez, Paul Gonzalez and Emmanuel Gonzalez.
