This relaxed Japanese restaurant brings bold new flavors to Downtown LA. INKO NITO serves up unconventional Japanese robatayaki, sushi, skewers, sashimi, small plates and snacks incorporating Korean flavor influences. Its stylish atmosphere matches the laid-back tones of the LA Arts District neighborhood, and features an open-grill with casual tables for communal dining, a plant-lined outdoor terrace, and bar seats for those seeking innovative cocktails.
Conceived by Rainer Becker and developed alongside Executive Chef Hamish Brown of the Azumi Ltd., INKO NITO is a unique standalone Japanese dining concept launched in Los Angeles’ Art District and headed by Executive Chef Randolfo Vaz.
Chef Randolfo Vaz
Originally from Brazil, Chef Vaz developed his talent at the ROKA restaurants in London which are renowned for their unique brand of refined Japanese cuisine. In 2018 he moved to Los Angeles as Executive Chef at Inko Nito where he creatively incorporates LA influences into the Japanese cuisine for which he is renowned.
