Faith & Flower, the downtown LA restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Michael Hung, pays homage to two renaissance periods in LA – the 1920s and today. With its tastefully opulent interiors and contemporary interpretation of California rustic cuisine, it provides diners with a truly unique and delicious experience.

Chef Michael Hung is the Masters of Taste’s first-time host chef. His illustrious career credentials include time spent with Traci Des Jardins’ James Beard Award-winning team at San Francisco’s Jardinière and overseeing the kitchen at Roland Passot’s Michelin-starred La Folie.

In 2013 Chef Hung opened Faith & Flower in Downtown Los Angeles, where under his leadership the restaurant was honored as “Best New Restaurant” by Esquire Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine, and Travel + Leisure. Hung’s success continued when he opened the highly-acclaimed Viviane in the Avalon Hotel Los Angeles and then he started his own company Ardour Hospitality in 2016.

In addition to running his own company, Hung has also returned to Faith & Flower where he oversees the kitchen.
